Consul, before whom came Thomas Cahill, seaman, upon his oath, doth depose and say that on the 23rd of October last, about half past five o'clock in the afternoon, James Madison, the carpenter of the American Bark Reindeer, came to the house of Mr James Mitchell of Hongkong, and stated that he came.
